Handling Precautions
•
When the operational differential pressure setting (
C-36
) is changed to
"0: Low differential pressure (50 ± 50 kPa)," always use the device with an
operational differential pressure less than 100 kPa. Failure to do so may cause
overshoot or hunting of the flow rate.
