Work in relation to water protection
The lower roof has the task to divert appearing condensate or appearing water in adverse weather
conditions through the brick-like construction and to prevent therewith damage to the building.
The determination of the parameters are based on:
- Rain tests at the CSTB (centre technique et scientifique you bâtiment, France)
- Rain tests according to PREN15601, TU Berlin, Germany
- Specifications of the ZVDH (central association of the German roof-builders association)
- Specification of the SIA (Swiss Society of Engineers and Architects)

For the Axitec in-roof/roof-integrated module the following applications with regard to water-tight
protection during work has been determined:
