ATTENTION
Laying out of the number of mounting brackets in accordance with
DIN 1055 - do not adhere to!
Damage to the roof and the entire photovoltaic system.
Make sure that the required number of mounting brackets are
used depending on the given snow zone and wind load zone.
Generate grid plan on the basis of the calculated grid
dimensions:
-
Make sure that the roof surface is covered as completely as
possible with photovoltaic modules.
-
Arrange the modules in such a way that the eaves edge is
formed directly by the modules and that no further connection is
required.
Determine the position of the mounting brackets on the
substructure:
-
Calculate the distance R between the bracket rows in such a
way that the modules can be moved if necessary (e.g. for
repairs) towards the top and that they can be removed from the
row arrangement.
NOTE
For the creation of an individual grid plan of the photovoltaic modules,
one can use the laying-out software available on the market which in-
cludes the roof-integrated AXITEC module.
For the laying out with the software available on the market, keep
in mind that at pressure> 2400Pa (until max 5400Pa) an additional
assembly board per module row must be secured (see 5.2.3) also
when the software does not indicate it!
Axitex can not be held liable for the correctness of the stored material!
