• Printing reports
You are free to set the FAX report print by typing the following digits from your phone
set/FAX connected to the PSTN connection point LINE of C

0 DISABLE the report print IN EACH SITUATION (transmission occurred with success or
failed)
1 ENABLE the report print IN EACH SITUATION (transmission occurred with success or
failed)
2 ENABLE the report print ONLY if the fax transmission FAILS.
3 ENABLE the report print (1st page of the fax) ONLY if the fax transmission FAILS.

• Printing the test page
In order to verify the FAX is right connected it is possible to type the following digits from
your phone set/FAX connected to the PSTN connection point LINE of C

® will generate a double tone as confirmation.
• Receiving a FAX (DAY function disabled)
Receiving a fax is the same as if your analogue FAX was connected to a PSTN line, but with
a difference: when receiving a fax, C

® automatically replies and stores the fax into its
internal memory. At the end of the connection it sends rings to the FAX connected to the
PSTN connection point LINE in order to transfer the document. After that, C
EL
L
INE
® erases
the stored fax. The fax storage capability allows C
EL
L
INE
®
to transfer the received document
to the FAX connected up to 3 times in case of printing error.
NOTE: in case of problems when receiving faxes originated by ISDN devices it is possible the
misfunction is caused by the NT (Network Termination) which is not properly configured. In
order to check it, we suggest you to run a terminal emulation software (for ex. HyperTerminal)
on a PC connected to the serial port of C
EL
L
INE
. Then type the command AT+CRC=1. Wait for
a fax coming from the ISDN device (make sure it is sent to the fax phone number of the SIM-
CARD hosted in C
EL
L
INE
): if you can see the answer “RING VOICE” on the PC screen, it is
necessary to inform the fax sender that its Network Termination requires an upgrade.
