OBJECTIVE : Upon completion of this lesson, the student should be able to
describe how to order service parts from Asymtek referencing the spare parts list.

Fill out a PO Request
for the part. Be sure to
include the following
information:

SN of machine

Description of failure
w
Contact person who
can receive the part.
(This should be an MTE
or line supervisor that
knows he will be a
contact).

Fill out a Order Request Form. Email the
form to the RMA Process Coordinator. The
RTS should include the following
information: The type of machine, the SN
of the machine, an accurate description of
the failure, and how the replacement part
should be shipped.
Call Asymtek Technical
Support during business hours,
or page the Duty Pager after
hours to make sure the
replacement part is expedited.
