Testing the Height Sensor

OBJECTIVE:

Upon completion of this lesson, the student should be able to

show how the Height Sensor is tested using the Tools Menu and the Terminal
Mode.

EXERCISE 2-6

Height Sensing Testing Procedure

Turn Main Power Switch ON.

Press START on the Dispenser Control Panel if

equipped.

Press RESET on the Dispenser Control Panel.

Turn system ON, if the computer is not powered up

by pressing power button.

Start FMW by double clicking the FMW icon.

Click TOOLS in Main Window.

Click TERMINAL in Tools Window.

Click DISPENSER.

Check that the computer is communicating with the

dispensing system by typing OI in the Terminal
Mode Window.

What response is shown?

11.

Click EXIT on menu bar to close Terminal Mode

Window and return to the Tools Window.
