User Group

In a user group incoming and internal calls are routed to a group of internal des-
tinations in accordance with a pre-configured call distribution pattern.

Incoming Calls

User groups are selected by means of their call numbers or names (name selec-
tion). The call numbers of user groups are a separate category of the numbering
plan.

Except for user groups with special functions, call diversion or call forwarding to
a user group is not possible.

Outgoing Calls

User groups do not affect outgoing routing.
