8.5.2 Courtesy Service (Announcement Prior to Answering)

The Courtesy service is an announcement service for incoming external calls. If an
outside call from A is not answered within a preset delay time by internal
subscriber B (who is either free or for whom call waiting is enabled), the caller will
hear a recorded message, provided the call has not been rerouted to the alterna-
tive destination (Capolinea) beforehand
