With the route selection variant you cannot create complete numbers as PISN sub-
scribers. Dialling by name would have to be organized using abbreviated dialling.
You can, however, reach any internal number of any other system, regardless of
how long that number is. Assuming Mr Newton in system 3 with call number 220
has a handset with call number 5220. He can be reached by subscribers in other
systems either directly on call number 60220 or on 605220.

Note:
With the local area network variant, PISN subscribers cannot be entered
as destinations in the call distribution elements. That is why it cannot be
used in gateway systems in which direct dialling to the public network
has been organized.
