UNPACKING

This product requires assembly:

 

Carefully remove the product and any accessories from 
the box. All items listed in the 

Includes

 section must be 

included at the time of purchase.

 

WARNING:

Items in this 

Assembly

 section are not assembled to 

the product by the manufacturer and require customer 
installation. Use of a product that may have been 
improperly assembled could result in serious personal 
injury.

 

Inspect the product carefully to make sure no breakage 
or damage occurred during shipping.

 

Do not discard the packing material until you have 
carefully inspected and satisfactorily operated the 
product.

 

If any parts are damaged or missing, please call  
1-877-297-8911 for assistance.

product until the parts are replaced. Use of this product 
with damaged or missing parts could result in serious

WARNING:

Do not attempt to modify this product or create 
accessories or attachments not recommended for use 
with this product. Any such alteration or modification is 
misuse and could result in a hazardous condition leading 
to possible serious personal injury.

 WARNING:

This misting kit is only intended for use with high pressure 
pumps and connection hoses that are designed for high 
pressure misting kits. Do not use a pump that has a 
pressure rating greater than 1,000 PSI and a flow rate 
of 1.0 gallons per minute. Contact the manufacturer 
of the high pressure pump to determine the properly 
rated connection hose for use with this pump. Use with 
any other pumps or connection hoses can damage the 
misting kit and result in possible serious personal injury 
and/or property damage. 

ASSEMBLY

INSTALLING/REMOVING SLIP LOCK 
ACCESSORIES

See Figures 1 - 2.

To connect a slip lock accessory:

 

 

Insert steel misting tube into slip lock accessory. Once 
the tube has been fully inserted, it will automatically lock 
in place.

 

Pull on the slip lock accessory to be certain it is properly 
secured.

To remove a slip lock accessory:

 

 

Push the steel misting tube and inner ring toward the slip 
lock accessory to disengage the lock.

 

While holding the inner ring against the slip lock accessory 
with one hand, pull the steel misting tube out with the 
other.

NOTE: 

Follow the steps above to remove slip lock 

accessories. Excessive pulling without fully depressing the 
inner ring can damage the accessory.

ASSEMBLING THE MISTING KIT

See Figures 1 - 11.

To ensure the product functions properly, always flush and 
test the system for leaks before use.

 

Using a garden hose (not provided), flush debris out of 
the nozzles, misting tubes, and connectors.

 

Turn off the garden hose (not provided) and disconnect 
the pump from the power supply.

 

Assemble the garden hose (not provided) to the pump and 
prepare it for use as described in the pump’s operator’s 
manual.

 

Attach the threaded end of the hose adaptor (not provided) 
to the pump outlet and hand tighten.

 

Attach the other end of the hose adaptor (not provided) 
to a steel misting tube. 

See figure 4

.

 

Connect two additional misting tubes to the assembly using 
the slip lock connectors without fittings. 

See figures 5 - 6

.

 

Using the elbow connector, connect a fourth misting tube 
to the assembly forming a right angle. 

See figure 7

.

 

Connect the remaining misting tubes to the assembly 
using the slip lock connectors with fittings. 

See figure 8

.

 

Install nine nozzles into the slip lock connectors with 
fittings and hand tighten. 

See figure 9.

 

Insert the end plug and thread the drain valve into the 
slip lock connector farthest from the pump outlet.

NOTE:

 Do not disassemble the drain valve.

 

Place the completed misting tube assembly on a flat 
surface and angle the assembly so that the nozzles face 
away from you, others, and any electrical devices. 

 

Connect the pump to the power supply.
