General Information

1.1

Scope

The Arbiter Systems Model 931A Power System Analyzer is a state-of-the-
art instrument offering unprecedented accuracy in the measurement of pa-
rameters related to AC Power Generation, Transmission, and Distribution.
Using Arbiter’s proprietary PowerDSA

Digital Signal Processing (DSP)

circuitry, the Model 931A greatly enhances the precision measurement of
these AC parameters. Powered by either an internal rechargeable battery
or by AC line voltage, the Model 931A is truly portable. This manual is
divided into four chapters and two appendices as follows:
