9 Controller messages
9.1 Faults
Error messages have been provided to monitor the correct operation of the device
and to inform the user if proper operation cannot be ensured any longer.
CAUTION: If the battery is charged by a charger, which is in the "Start" operating
mode, this may result in voltage peaks! These can damage the electrical system of
the control box, if the control box is also connected when charging the battery!
Display Cause Solution
Operating voltage too low,
too high or voltage
fluctuations are too severe.
Check the on-board
electronics and the
battery.
Displayed if cables are not
connected or if cabling is
faulty.
Check the cabling and
plugs!
Displayed if the left-hand
side spreader disc (as seen
from the front = spreading
side of the device) cannot
turn or is under too heavy
load.
If this message
appears on the
display, you must
switch off the device
and check whether
the spreader disc is
mechanically jammed.
Check if the control
box is overheated.
Displayed if the right-hand
side spreader disc (as seen
from the front = spreading
side of the device) cannot
turn or is under too heavy
load.
