6.
SERVICING INSTRUCTIONS
The first start-up must be carried out only by authorised service centres.
The first start-up also includes a combustion analysis, which is compulsory.
The equipment is certified in the EC and non-EC countries, according to the gas categories shown below.
6.1. Country Table - Gas Category
NOTE: Starting from 01/01/18 in the Netherlands only equipment certified with the new ‘cat. K’ gas may be installed.
In the Netherlands, AKY units can be installed only with LPG (G30/G31) since they are not cat. K certified.
The following information is clearly printed on the equipment packaging: country of destination, gas category and equipment code,
all translated into the language of the destination country.
The code allows finding out the factory settings:
Codes with no extension:

if there is no extension, it means that the equipment has been tested and set to run with natural gas
[G20]
Codes with extension:
the fourth letter indicates the type of gas the equipment has been set up for:

AKY070FR-xxx
0
0 indicates that the equipment has been tested and set up for natural gas [G20]
•
AKY070MT-xxx
1
1 indicates that the equipment has been tested and set up for LPG [G31]
•
AKY070DE-xxx
2
2 indicates that the equipment has been tested and set up for 'LL' natural gas [G25]
Another adhesive label, located near the fuel connection of the equipment, specifically indicates the type of gas and the supply
pressure for which the equipment has been set up and tested.
