DECLARATION
As regards the types of equipment:
"AQUAKOND AKY series condensing boiler"
"SMART series chronothermostat"
APEN GROUP SPA DECLARES THAT:
pursuant to art. 1 c.2 of the Law of 27 December 2017, n. 205 ("Law of stability 2018"), for
the purposes of the procedures for requesting tax deductions for the replacement of winter air
conditioning systems,
-
the models of condensing gas boiler that it produces - belonging to the range of AKY
condensing boilers - are classified in "Class A" according to Regulation (EU) no. 811/2013;
-
the chronothermostats that it produces - models SMART EASY and SMART WEB - are
classified in class V according to the Commission Communication 2014/C 207/02.
The condensing boiler models are also compliant with the requirements of article 9 paragraph 4
Ministerial Decree 19/02/2007 and subsequent amendments and integrations
