MG362x1A MM

ATE Testing

Refer to

. The left window shows the list of tests available to perform. Press the Run Test button to

start testing. The test status indicator turns green when tests are passing and no error condition exists. The
status indicator turns red when an error condition has been detected during a test. The activity log displays
the testing progress. If an error has occurred during the testing, the error will also be displayed in the Activity
Log.

Test Procedure

1.

Connect the MG362x1A to the ATE program.

2.

Power on the MG362x1A.

3.

Confirm or add the

“IP Address of MG362x1A”

.

4.

Press the Add DUT button.

5.

Set up the communication as described in

“Set the Communication Parameters” on page 3-9

.

6.

Click to select the tests to run from the test list.

7.

Connect any test equipment that is prompted by the ATE program.

8.

Press the Run Test button. The testing will sequence through the selected tests and continue until
complete or an error condition has been detected.

9.

Press the Remove DUT button when testing is complete or an error condition exists that requires
troubleshooting of the DUT.
