Test Setup

Frequency = 25 MHz
Power Level = 6 dB below max specified leveled output power (Config and Freq dependent)
Atten mode = Atten Auto

Test Procedure

Turn AM On. Select AM Internal source and Linear type.

Set Waveform to 1 kHz sine wave.

Set AM_REF_DAC to AM_INT.

Set AM_CAL_DAC to AM_CAL_LIN_25M.

Set AM_SEN_DAC to AM_SEN_LIN_25M.

Measure first sideband suppression by taking averages of upper and lower sidebands in dBc.

Compute Mod Depth % using 2 * 10^(sideband suppression / 20). Record value in

Table 4-23

Repeat measurement with Freq.

Repeat at 1G / 4G / 10G / 20G / 40 GHz with corresponding Power Level and DAC name.
