Importante Important
The equipment comes with a cable to con-
nect it to the outlet of the disconnecting
switch. If it is necessary to change the cable,
proceed as described below.
Importante Important
The connection must be made by author-
ised, skilled personnel, in accordance with
the relevant legal requirements, using ap-
propriate and specifi ed materials. The ap-
pliance is supplied with operating voltage
230V/1N 50Hz (220V/1N 60Hz available on
request).
Caution - Warning
Before doing any work, cut off the mains
electricity supply.
Connect the appliance to the mains electricity
supply as follows.
1)
If not already present, install a circuit-breaker
(A) with overload cutout and diff erential
safety breaker close to the appliance.
2)
Open the hatch (B) .
3)
Undo the screws (C) to remove the lid (D) .
4)
Connect the circuit-breaker (A) to the terminal
board (E) of the appliance as shown in the dia-
gram and in the electrical system diagram at the
back of the manual. Use a fl exible cable with at
least type H07RN-F characteristics, rated for an
operating temperature of at least 80°C.
Importante Important
When connecting, take care over the connection
of the neutral and earth wires; if they are not
connected correctly, the burner does not light.
5)
Replace the lid (D) and fi x it with the screws (C)
on completion of the operation.
6)
Close the hatch (B) .

Connecting to a fan extractor hood
To carry out this operation, proceed as follows.
1)
Position the appliance
underneath the hood
(A) as
shown in the diagram.
Important
The gas supply tap must
open automatically when
the fan of the extraction sy-
stem is switched on.
Important
Make the connection in compliance with the
relevant legal requirements, using appro-
priate and recommended materials.
