- Fluid adj. set (12) closed.
- Tip hole of nozzle obstructed.
- Needle packing too thighten.
- Air escapes from fluid nozzle
(5) and tapered seat of gun
body
- Air escapes from fluid
passages because O’ring is
worn out.
- Air escapes from fluid hose
joint.
- Dirty nozzle (5) or air cap (2).
- Fluid nozzle (5) or air cap (2)
has been damaged.
- Fluid nozzle (5) is loose or not
properly fitted.
- Release agent viscosity too
high or too low.
- Release agent output too high
or too low.
- Fluid nozzle (5), needle set
(5-1), dirty, damaged, worn on
seat.
- Fluid nozzle (5) and gun body
are loose.
- Fluid needle (5-1) set is loose.
- Fluid neeedle spring (10) is
worn.
- Needle packing set (6) dirty or
too tighten.
- Needle packing set (6) worn
or too loose.
- Piston set (9) is dirty.
- Piston O’ring is worn.
Check and adjust.
Check and clean.
Check and adjust.
Check , clean & replace if
necessary.
Replace O’ring.
Tighten.
