Frozen Lime Margarita
Ingredients
Lemon juice and salt
12 Ice cubes
80mL Tequila
30mL Lime juice, freshly squeezed
60mL Cointreau
30mL Sugar syrup (see below)
Lime slices, to garnish
Method
• Rub the rim of two chilled Margarita glasses with lemon juice and press into salt
flakes to create a salt rim.
• Place all ingredients into the blender jug, cover and blend using
Ice-Crushing
mode.
• Serve in the prepared Margarita glasses, garnished with lime slices.
Sugar Syrup
• Sugar syrup is used in many cocktails or other drinks. To make it, add equal
parts of sugar and water to a saucepan, bring to a boil and let cool. Keep it
covered in the fridge and use as required.
Frozen Peach Bellini
Ingredients
3 Peaches, sliced, skin removed, frozen
90mL Peach schnapps
Prosecco or sparkling wine
Method
• Place frozen peaches and schnapps into the blender jug, cover and blend using
Smoothie
mode.
• To serve, pour a small amount into stemmed cocktail or champagne glasses,
top up with Prosecco and gently stir.
