Using the machine
10.9.3 Cleaning the suction filter when tank is empty
Clean the suction filter (Fig. 134) on a daily basis after cleaning the
field sprayer.
1. Unscrew the cover of the suction filter (Fig.
134/2).
2. Remove the cover with suction filter (Fig.
134/3) and clean with water.
3. Reassemble the suction filter in the reverse
sequence.
4. Check the filter housing for leaks.

1. Run the pump, adjust pump speed to
300 rpm.
2. Move switch tap

to the position .
3. Move switch tap

to the position.
4. Switch off agitator(s)

5. Move switch tap

to the position.
6. Loosen cover plate on the suction filter
(Fig. 134/1).
7. Activate relief valve on the suction filter
(Fig. 134/2).
8. Remove cover plate and suction filter
(Fig. 134/3) and clean with water.
9. Reassemble the suction filter in the reverse
sequence.
10. Move switch tap
A
to the position.
11. Check the suction filter for leak tightness.
