6.4.2 Obstruction of the field of view due to the front hopper

WARNING

Risk of accident in road traffic due to
obstructed view

If the dipped headlights of the tractor are
covered by mounting the front tank or
front hopper, you must equip the tractor
with additional dipped headlights.
If the turn indicators and marker lights of
the tractor are covered by mounting the
front tank or front hopper, you must equip
the front tank or front hopper with turn
indicators and marker lights.
A guide is required if the distance from
the centre of the tractor's steering wheel
to the front edge of the front tank or front
hopper exceeds 3.5 m.
Observe the respective national traffic
regulations.
Avoid visual impairments by determining
the maximum possible lifting height of the
front tank or front hopper.

REQUIREMENTS

The front hopper is installed without T-Pack F

1.

Determine the distance from the front edge of the
seat in the centre position to the eye of the lower

link

a

.

2.

Determine the height of the seat surface

b

.

3.

To avoid restrictions in the field of view due to
the FTender 1600,

read the maximum lifting height

c

 from the

table,

or

to safely move the FTender 1600 with mounted
T-Pack F in road traffic,

observe the national regulations.
