Click on the
Perform reboot
link to reboot the device. This is similar to a power-off / power-on cycle.
The system configuration remains the same. However, changes that were not applied (using the
Save &
Apply
button) will be lost. If there are any such changes, a suitable warning message will be displayed.
3.3.7
Diagnostics Page
To access the System Diagnostics page click on the
System>Diagnostics
tab in the management
function selection panel.
The Diagnostics page enables preparing diagnostics compressed TAR files (tar.gz) that may be sent to the
support team of the supplier for advice on solving problems.
Click on the
Tech Support
button to create and save a compressed TAR file with detailed information
regarding current configuration and possible problems.
Click on the
KPI files
button to create and save a compressed TAR file with detailed information on KPI
(Key Performance Indicators).
The file’s name includes information on file’s type (TechSupport/KPI), device’s name and date and time at
which the file was created.
