Classic, Gas Boiler-Free: No Steam Production — Steam Below 212°F (100°C)
Is the convection
fan motor spinning?
Is the Oven Cavity
Temperature Probe N6 below
the set point?

Troubleshoot "No Ignition

A2 is L2 supplied from
Y3/A2 which is supplied
from terminal block 27-17

Is water going through the
flow control valve?

Is water being injected into
the fan wheel inside the
appliance?
No
Yes
Yes
The appliance will not call for steam
production until the N6 probe is below the set
point. If the N6 probe is reading incorrectly,
test the probe and replace if necessary.
Is the Filtered Steam
Injection Solenoid Y1
being energized?
Determine which line is
missing at the Y1 solenoid.
Is the Y1 solenoid valve
opening?
A1 is L1 supplied from
Control Board (CB) terminal
X04 pin 3.
Replace the faulty solenoid.
See "High Speed
Convection Motor is Not
Spinning".
Inspect, clean, or replace the
flow control valve as necessary.
Remove the obstruction
between the flow control
valve and the injection tube.
The appliance should begin
producing steam in 5
minutes.
