Troubleshooting
Classic: No High Speed Convection Motor Operation (E03/E04)
Does the motor fan wheel spin freely?
Is the K50 high speed
contactor being energized?
Is the K50 contactor
closing?
Is there line voltage across
terminals 1/3/5 on the K50
contactor?
No
Yes
Is there line voltage across
terminals 2/4/6 on the K50
contactor?
Is there line voltage across
the red/white/yellow wires at
the convection motor?
Replace the faulty
contactor.
No

Remove the obstruction
and/or replace the motor
as needed.
Determine which leg of
power is missing and
correct:
No
Repair the wiring issue
between K50 and the
convection motor.
No
Yes
Is the motor running?
Replace the faulty
motor and capacitors
as applicable.
No
The high speed motor
operation is operating.
Yes
Test for blown F4/F6/F7 fuse(s)
and/or repair the wiring issue
between fuses and K50.
A1 is L1 supplied from
Control Board (CB) terminal
X01 pin 2.
Yes

A2 is L2 supplied from
terminal block TB 27-19.
Replace the faulty
contactor.
