Select number of probe you wish to calibrate (1-4). Note: Probe 5 and 6 are non-applicable on this unit.

Used to review temperature and time settings.
Cook and Hold Calibration
Select to calibrate Cook mode, or
to calibrate Hold mode.

to calibrate touch screen. Follow instructions on screen to calibrate.

to reset all presets and user-defined settings to factory default settings.
Warning: Pressing Factory Reset will erase all User Settings, Recipes and presets programmed by the user.
Note: Factory Settings cannot be reset when oven is cooking or holding.

to schedule a probe calibration reminder. Set reminder from 1 hour to 90 days (DD:HH).
Touch again to turn off reminder.
Touch
to schedule a HACCP download reminder. Reminder will appear every 30 days.
Touch again to turn off reminder.
