Operation
Turn on the power switch located on the front of the oven. Home screen will appear.
Select desired Recipe.
The following screen will display and
will flash until oven reaches the selected Recipe preheat temperature.
Once preheat temperature is reached,
will illuminate. Press
to advance to the probe count screen.
Press
at any time to cancel the preheat cycle and return to the home screen.
Select the number of probes in use (1-4). Note: Probe 5 and 6 are non-applicable on this unit. Beef Code entry screen
will display.
Use numeric key pad to enter the Beef Code for each probe (00/00/00:000/00).
Pressing
will use the last entered value. Pressing
will go back to the previous probe setting.
Once all probe Beef Codes have been entered, press
to accept the settings. Cook mode will start and
screen will return to the Cook screen.
