b. Go to the Exchange Server’s Global Address List, and for the Exchange
mailbox that corresponds to this extension, type the First Name and Last
Name exactly as they appear in the Extension Configuration dialog box.
c. In Extension Configuration, Mail Management tab, make sure that the E-mail
Name field contains alphanumeric characters only and does not contain other
characters such as spaces ( ) or periods ( . ).
d. On the Mail Management tab, select the Enable Exchange Message
Synchronization option, then click OK.

3. In Exchange Manager, ensure that for each mailbox in Microsoft Exchange Server to
be synchronized, the First Name and Last Name are exactly as they appear in their
corresponding extensions in AltiWare Administrator.
Note: The Middle Initial field should be empty for Exchange Server mail accounts
in order for Exchange integration to work properly.

4. Use the preceding steps to double check the synchronization of all mailbox names
used jointly by AltiWare and Exchange Server.
