AltiWare ACM 5.1 Administration Manual 137

If you select a Span Type of Regular ISDN PRI or Custom ISDN PRI in the E1 PRI
Configuration Window, use the following guidelines to set the ISDN PRI Switch mode.

E1 PRI

The top three settings are used for a connection to a CO switch:

Austel TS014 PRI

•

ETSI NET5PRI

•

NT DMS-100 PRI

The bottom three settings are used for a PRI tie trunk configuration where two AltiWare
systems are connected back to back. In such a configuration, one AltiWare system must
be configured as Network and the other as User. For example, set one to NT DMS-100
PRI Network and the other to NT DMS-100 PRI.
