Default Configuration

No servers are defined.

Command Mode

Global Configuration mode

User Guidelines

Up to 8 SNTP servers can be defined.

To enable predefined unicast clients globally use the 

sntp unicast client enable

 Global Configuration mode 

command.

To enabling global polling use the 

sntp unicast client poll 

Global Configuration mode command.

The 

sntp client poll timer

 Global Configuration mode command determines polling time.

Examples

The following example configures the device to accept SNTP traffic from the server on 192.1.1.1.

show clock

The 

show clock

 User EXEC mode command displays the time and date from the system clock.

Syntax

show clock [detail]

Parameters

Shows timezone and summertime configuration.

Default Configuration

This command has no default configuration.
