11. Adjust the height of the load cell feet to obtain an equal load

sharing. Make sure the nuts are tightened against the foot after
the adjustment.

12. Connect the water hoses to the machine. Make sure the water

connection does not disturb weighing.

13. (Enclose the hygienic barrier)

If welding is necessary, remove the load cells, or disconnect the
load cell cable from the signal conditioning-unit. Avoid a current
path through the load cells.

2. FOUNDATION

NOTE: The floor for the machine must be level! (Minor
irregularities and pitch on the floor can be compensat-
ed by adjusting the feet of the load cells (see

LEVELING THE MACHINE

). Each load cell can be ad-

justed 5mm).

The machine is placed on four anchored pads. The machine itself
is not fastened to the floor, but the pads are embedded into the
holes drilled according to the foundation plan.
