WHEN THE POWER OF THE MACHINE IS SWITCHED
ON, THE SYSTEM NEEDS A 10-MINUTES WARM-UP
TIME. THIS IS IMPORTANT WHEN THE POWER HAS
BEEN OFF FOR MORE THAN FIVE MINUTES. IGNOR-
ING WARM-UP MIGHT RESULT IN A MAJOR ERROR
IN WEIGHING.

When using the Weighing system, particularly the following must
be taken into consideration:
• Tare (set zero weight) Weighing system every time before
loading by pressing the 0-button.
• Do not place any object on the machine.
• Do not place any object next to the machine in physical con-
tact with the cabinet.
• Do not remove any panel or part of the machine.
• Do not lean against the machine.
1. INSTALLATION STEPS
1. Drill four holes to the floor according to the foundation plan.
2. Place the four anchor pads into the holes.
3. Lift up the machine.
4. Install the load cells.
5. Check that all the feet are supporting the machine.
6. Place the machine on the anchor pads carefully avoiding an
impact.
WARNING
An impact might cause permanent damage to the
load cell.
7. Check that each load cell foot is stably in the hollow of the
anchor pad.
8. Remove the transport braces.
9. Using water level, check that the base frame of the machine is
level.
10. Using the
Advanced menu » Weighing » load cell calibra-
tion
, check that the machine load is equally shared between
the load cells.
