Redundant AC Circuit Recommendation
It is recommended that each AC outlet resides on a separate circuit. With redundant AC, if a single circuit
fails, the switch’s remaining power supplies (on separate circuits) will likely be unaffected and can there-
fore continue operating.
Note.
The switch must have power supply redundancy for the redundant AC circuit to be effective. Refer
to
“1375 Watt DC-to-DC Power Supply” on page 2-15
for more information.
The diagram below shows a simple redundant AC circuit scenario.
