Compruebe que la placa emite un beep al pasar 5 segundos
aproximadamente, después de pulsar cualquier tecla. Si la tecla
pulsada es la
, la placa emitirá un beep al pulsarla y otro
al pasar el tiempo indicado anteriormente.
Si no puede acceder al menú de usuario, asegúrese de que la
posición 5 del menú de Instalación está a 1.
No funciona nada.
Verifique la tensión de red en el alimentador. Verifique que
la tensión de salida del alimentador está dentro de sus
márgenes de funcionamiento. Compruebe si existe algún
cortocircuito y soluciónelo. Desconecte el alimentador de
la red durante 1 minuto y vuelva a conectarlo. Si la avería
continúa, desconecte todas las bornas de salida del
alimentador y verifique la tensión de salida. Si no es correcta,
el alimentador puede estar averiado.
Introduciendo un código correcto, no funciona el abrepuertas
principal.
Verifique que al introducir el código correcto de apertura
de puerta, se ilumina el led verde y la placa emite 3 beeps.
Si es así, mientras el led verde está encendido, verifique la
tensión entre la borna 11 y 12. Si la tensión es correcta,
compruebe las conexiones entre las bornas 11, 12 y el
abrepuertas. Sustituya el abrepuertas si es preciso.
Verifique la tensión de la bornas 11 y 12c. Si no hay
tensión en reposo, compruebe el puente entre y . Si no
detecta fallo, el equipo puede estar averiado.
Introduciendo un código correcto, no funciona el abrepuertas 2
Desconecte el abrepuertas 2. Compruebe que al introducir
el código correcto del relé secundario, se ilumina el led
verde y la placa emite 3 beeps. Si es así, mientras el led
verde está encendido, compruebe la continuidad entre la
borna C1 y NO1. Si hay continuidad, verifique las
conexiones entre las bornas C1, NO1, el alimentador
adicional y el abrepuertas 2. Sustituya el abrepuertas 2 si
fuera preciso.
Verifique la continuidad de la bornas C1 y NC1. Si no
hay continuidad en reposo, o habiendo continuidad,
permanece aunque se active el relé secundario, el equipo
puede estar averiado.
Introduciendo un código correcto, no funciona el relé auxiliar.
Desconecte el accesorio conectado a este relé. Pulse cualquier
tecla y compruebe la continuidad entre la borna C2 y
NO2. Si hay continuidad, verifique las conexiones entre
las bornas C2, NO2, el alimentador adicional y el accesorio.
Sustituya el accesorio si es preciso.
Verifique la continuidad de la bornas C2 y NC2. Si no
hay continuidad en reposo, o habiendo continuidad,
permanece aunque se active el relé auxiliar, el equipo
puede estar averiado.
Con un pulsador exterior no funciona alguno de los
accionamientos.
Verifique la tensión o continuidad de los contactos de los
relés al realizar un puente entre 22, Ctrl1 o Ctrl2, según
el caso. Si no detecta fallo el equipo puede estar averiado.
Introduciendo el código maestro correcto, no se puede acceder
al menú de instalación.
Compruebe que la tensión de alimentación del equipo es
correcta. Compruebe que pulsando las teclas
,
,
,
, el led rojo parpadea. Si es así , introduzca
el código MAESTRO. En el caso contrario, el equipo puede
estar averiado.

Ensure that the entrance panel emits a beep approximately 5
seconds after you press any key. If the key pressed is the one
marked

the entrance panel will emit one beep when the
key is pressed and another after approximately 5 seconds.
If you cannot access the user menu, make sure that in position
5 of the installation menu you have entered 1.
Nothing works.
Check the mains voltage in the power supply unit. Check
that the output voltage of the power supply unit is within its
operating range. Check if there is any short circuit, and if
so, repair it. Disconnect the power supply unit from the
mains for one minute, then reconnect it. If the problem
persists, disconnect all the output terminals from the power
supply unit and check the output voltage. If it is not correct,
the power supply unit may be defective.
A correct code has been entered but the main electric lock does
not work.
Ensure that when entering the correct door-opening code,
the green led lights up and that the entrance panel emits 3
beeps. If they do, while the green led is lit up, check the
voltage between terminals 11 and 12. If the voltage is
correct, check the connections between terminals 11 and
12 and the electric lock. If necessary, replace the electric
lock. Check the voltage of terminals 11 and 12c. If there is
no standby voltage, check the bridge between
and .
If no fault is discovered, the equipment may be defective.
A correct code has been entered but the electric lock 2 does
not work.
Disconnect the electric lock 2. Make sure that when the
correct code of the secondary relay is entered, the green
led lights up and the entrance panel emits 3 beeps. If they
do, while the green led is lit up, check for continuity between
terminal C1 and NO1. If there is continuity, check the
connections between terminals C1 and NO1, the additional
power supply unit and the electric lock 2. If necessary,
replace the electric lock 2.
Check for continuity between the terminals C1 and NC1.
If there is no continuity in standby, or if there is continuity
which persists even though the secondary relay is active,
the equipment may be defective.
A correct code has been entered but the auxiliary relay does
not work.
Disconnect the accessory connected to this relay. Press any
key and check for continuity between terminals C2 and
NO2. If there is continuity, check the connections between
terminals C2, NO2, the extra power supply unit and the
accessory. If necessary, replace the accessory.
Check terminals C2 and NC2 for continuity. If there is no
continuity in standby, or if there is continuity which persists
even though the auxiliary relay is active, the equipment
may be defective.
Nothing at all works with an exterior keypad.
Check the voltage or continuity of the contacts when a
bridge is made between 22 and Ctrl1 or Ctrl2. If no fault
is detected, the equipment may be defective.
The correct master code has been entered but it is impossible
to access the installation menu.
Ensure that the voltage of the equipments power supply is
correct. Check that when the keys

pressed, the red led blinks. If it does, enter the MASTER
code. If the red led does not blink, the equipment may be
defective.
