There are two models for this milk line shut off. One is activated by compressed air and the other

by vacuum. It is used to shut-off the vacuum to the milking claw. Fits 5/8” and 3/4” milk hose. It is

activated by a ¼” tube that connects to the top nipple to open and close the piston. For mounting,

select a 5/8” or 3/4” SS nipple that is part of the mounting bracket or in other cases, the 3” milk line

clamp can used. The milk line shut off can be fitted to the curb, the pit wall or various other

locations depending on the configuration of the parlor. When upgrading a Metatron to AIC, you can

use the Metatron Stainless Steel Clamp. The milk line shut-off is washed in place and is made

from approved materials.

Great for upgrading vacuum pinch valves. The vacuum operated milk line shut-off valve is used to

turn the vacuum on or off to the milking claw. Fits 5/8” and 3/4” milk hose. It is activated by a 3/16”

vacuum tube that connects to the center nipple to open and close the diaphragm. No permanent

mounting is necessary. The milk line shut off is fitted in the milk hose. The milk line shut-off is

washed in place and is made from approved materials.
