Milking Equipment and/or

related AIC parts are warranted by AIC for a period of one year from the

date of installation against defects in materials and workmanship when

installed, serviced and operated in accordance with the AIC

’

s written

instructions, subject to the exclusions and limitations set forth below. AIC

’

sole obligations under this Warranty are as follows:

AIC will, at it

’

s option, repair, replace or refund the purchase price of AIC

milking equipment and/or related AIC parts which prove to be defective in

materials or workmanship during the warranty period. Labor,

transportation and service charges are not included.

Plastic parts are warranted against defects in material and workmanship

for a period of one year from the date of installation. Damage to all AIC

equipment and/or related AIC parts due to abuse or misuse by operator or

animals is excluded from this Limited Warranty. The entire plastic part

must be returned for warranty consideration.

This Warranty extends only to the original purchaser and may not be

transferred. It is valid only on the original installation unless AIC otherwise

agrees in writing.

This Warranty is in lieu of all other express warranties, obligations and

liabilities. ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED

WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A

PARTICULAR

PURPOSE,

ARE

HEREBY

DISCLAIMED

AND

EXCLUDED. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE COMPANY BE LIABLE FOR

SPECIAL, INCIDENTIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OR FOR

ANY DELAY IN WARRANTY PERFORMANCE DUE TO CAUSED
