Display flickers while

Insufficient power (usually
on pulsator power)
Verify that 24VDC + or

what our
deviation is at input.
Very inaccurate milk
yield. cannot get yield

correct volume.
Calibration is required
Have dealer calibrate Or Refer to Manual

Open Circuit
Isolate the problem by removing the
Control
’
s cover and shorting the white/
black sensor wires. If the display turns to
++ the PCB is working fine and the Flow
cell is bad. If
--
stays on the display the
PCB temperature sensing circuit is bad.

Closed Circuit
Isolate the problem by removing the
Control
’
s cover disconnecting the white
black sensor wires. If the display turns to
--
the PCB is working fine and the Flow
cell is bad. If ++ stays on the display the
PCB temperature sensing circuit is bad.
Milk yield recordings are
correct after washing
but read low after a few
cows are milked
Build up is occurring on the
flow cell probes
Check voltage across the red and green
wires on the right side plug on the PCB
with the unit powered up and in the
detach mode.4.5 to 6 VAC and 0 VDC
should be read. If incorrect replace print-
ed circuit board.
