The Expresso Control stores two Screens of data for each individual milking. The above is screen 2.
Screen 2 shows the individual cow record in comparison to the averages of the rest of the milking
stored in memory. The purpose of this screen is to provide a measure of how well the individual cow
data compares to the averages stored in memory.
For example the first line provides the milking time of the individual cow, the average milking time of
all the milkings in memory and the change percentage of the individual cow vs. the average time of
the milkings stored in memory.
The second line compares the individual cow
’
s yield to the average of the yields stored in memory
and then it provides the percentage change or difference of the individual vs. the totals stored in
memory.
The third line compares the yield in first two minutes milking as a percentage of the total yield vs. the
totals stored in memory.
The forth line compares the average milk flow of the individual cow vs. the totals stored in memory.
The fifth and sixth lines compares the peak flow and the low flow as a percentage of the total milk-
ing. Low flow is the accumulated time the milk flow has been below 2.2 lbs./minute.
