NovoCyte Quanteon Flow Cytometer Operator's Guide

NovoFlow container is empty Refill the NovoFlow container following the

procedures described in associated instrument
operator's guide.

NovoFlow container is not
correctly connected to the
instrument and the NovoFlow
solution does not flow through
the tubing

Reconnect the NovoFlow quick coupling
connectors to ensure the NovoFlow container is
correctly connected to the instrument.
Execute

Prime

function from the NovoExpress

Software.

Sample Injection Probe is
clogged

Run NovoClean as sample to remove the things
clogged in SIP.

Flow cell is clogged
