4.

ESD Ground Mounting

— Mount the ESD wrist

strap jacks to the front side of the loader shelf. The
hardware is the same type as used for the SMEMA
mounting.

5.

Ground Connection

— Connect the loader ground

wires to the rear of each loader shelf using a hex
screw (3030-0227) and star washers (2190-0960)
and a 5/32” hex wrench.

6.

Loader Platform Removal

— The loaders are on a

platform inside the loader crate. Remove the loader
platform with a forklift. The platform with loaders
do not allow much vertical movement within the
crate so care should be used. Move the loader
platform as close to the main unit as possible. It is
desirable to use the fork lift to move the platform to
each side of the main unit while moving the loaders
onto the loader shelf.

CAUTION

If the loader platform is set on the floor before removing the
loaders, caution is required. Removing one loader from the
platform will cause the platform to tip due to the weight of the
remaining loader.
