The chart gives a guide to cooking a number of everyday items. It is intended to be
used only as a guide. Individual tastes may require the temperature to be altered to
provide a preferred result. The meat sections should be used as a general guide but may
vary according to the size, shape of joint on or off the bone. Thaw frozen joints before
cooking them. The times are for open roasting. If covered allow extra time.
Always leave at least one runner space between shelves when 2 tier cooking. Place baking
trays, individual cake tins or baking dishes centrally on the oven shelf. For best results pre-heat the
oven for 15 minutes.
There may be a slight difference in the results between the two ovens. This is due to
manufacturing tolerances and it may be necessary to alter times and temperature settings
to allow for this.
