3.7. NO WATER WARNING LIGHT
The bain-marie tank control panel has a warning
light that lights up when there is not enough water.
Warning light off: water level OK
Warning light on: insufficient
water level
For
equipment with automatic fill,
the warning
light comes on during automatic water filling and re-
mains on until the level sensor has been exceeded.
For
equipment with manual fill,
the warning
light remains on until the optimum level has been
reached.
When there is not enough water, the resistors switch
off for safety reasons.
3.8. COUNTING THE TANK RESISTORS’
OPERATING HOURS
The control unit can save up to 9999 resistor operat-
ing hours. Once this number is reached, it will start
flashing.

Make sure that the keypad is not locked and
that no function is active (e.g. defrosting).

Press and hold the
“DOWN”
key for 1 second.
The display shows the first item available.

3.7. INDICATORE MANCANZA ACQUA
Il pannello comandi delle vasche bagnomaria ha
un indicatore che si illumina in caso di mancanza
acqua.
Indicatore spento: livello acqua
corretto
Indicatore acceso: livello acqua
insufficiente
Per le
apparecchiature con carico automatico,
l’indicatore sarà acceso durante il carico acqua auto-
matico fino al superamento del sensore di livello.
Per le
apparecchiature con carico manuale,
l’indicatore sarà acceso fino al raggiungimento del
livello ottimale.
In caso di mancanza d’acqua le resistenze vengono
disattivate per motivi di sicurezza.
3.8. CONTEGGIO ORE FUNZIONAMENTO
RESISTENZE VASCHE
Lo strumento è in grado di memorizzare fino a 9999
ore di funzionamento delle resistenze, dopodiché il
numero 9999 lampeggerà.
3.8.1. Visualizzare le ore di funzionamento

Assicurarsi che la tastiera non sia bloccata e
che non sia in corso alcuna funzione (es. uno
sbrinamento).
