2.3. REMOVING THE PROTECTIVE FILM

When the appliance is near its installation site, slow-
ly remove its protective films.
These can be found on the Plexiglass covers and
stainless steel laminates. They are not used on
wooden cladding.
Clean any glue residue using a suitable product. Do
not use sharp or abrasive tools as these may dam-
age the surface. Do not use abrasive detergents or
acids.
Once removed, the protective films must be
kept out of the reach of children and animals as
they are potentially dangerous. Dispose of the
films in compliance with local regulations.
2.4. POSITIONING
2.4.1. Installation area characteristics

The room where the equipment will be positioned
must:
-have a smooth,
perfectly level floor
, which can
withstand the weight of the appliance at full load.

not be exposed to direct sunlight;
-
have correct ventilation and the possibility to be
ventilated;
-
comply with the laws in force regarding system
safety and safety in the workplace;
-
not contain potentially explosive materials or
substances;
-
be specifically intended for the storage of food;
-
have temperature and relative humidity ranging
between certain limits (see table below):

Do not install the appliance near flammable
materials or containers of flammable materials
(e.g. partitions, gas canisters, etc.) due to the

Quando l’apparecchiatura si trova in prossimità
del luogo di installazione, staccare lentamente le
pellicole protettive dall’apparecchiatura.
Esse sono sempre presenti sulle cappottine in plexi-
glass e nei laminati inox mentre non sono applicate
sui rivestimentio in legno.
Pulire eventuali residui di colla con un solvente
adeguato senza usare utensili appuntiti, taglienti
o abrasivi che potrebbero rovinare le superfici o
detergenti abrasivi o acidi.
Le pellicole protettive, una volta rimosse, non
devono essere lasciate alla portata di bambini
ed animali domestici in quanto fonte potenziale
di pericolo. Smaltire le pellicole secondo le nor-
me locali.
2.4. POSIZIONAMENTO
2.4.1. Caratteristiche locale di installazione

Il locale dove si intende posizionare l’apparecchia-
tura deve:
-avere una pavimentazione priva di asperità,
perfettamente livellata
e che supporti il peso
dell’apparecchiatura a pieno carico.
-
non essere esposto a raggi del sole diretti;
-
avere un corretto ricambio d’aria e la possibilità di
essere ventilato;
-
rispondere alle normative vigenti in termini di
sicurezza sul lavoro e sugli impianti;
-
non contenere materiali o sostanze potenzialmente
esplosive;
-
essere dedicato unicamente allo stoccaggio di
alimenti;
-
avere temperatura e umidità relativa comprese
entro certi limiti, vedere tabella sottostante:

Non posizionare l’apparecchiatura in prossimità
