This equipment is used to refrigerate food in GN1/1 con-
tainers.
Food is placed directly in the containers, without first
needing to put it into another receptacle. The appliances
are supplied without the containers; they can be requested
as an optional extra from the manufacturer. If you use con-
tainers made by another manufacturer, you may need to
ask the manufacturer for custom-made dividers.

This equipment is used to refrigerate food in GN1/1 con-
tainers or resting on the bottom surface. The appliances are
supplied without the containers; they can be requested as
an optional extra from the manufacturer. If you use con-
tainers made by another manufacturer, you may need to

The top shelf is the hottest, and the temperature decreases
closer to the tank.

Queste apparecchiature servono alla refrigerazione di cibi
contenuti all’interno di vaschette GN1/1.
Le pietanze vanno sistemate direttamente nelle vaschette,
senza inserirle in ulteriori contenitori. Le apparecchiature
sono fornite senza vaschette; esse possono essere richieste
come optional al costruttore. L’utilizzo di vaschette di altro
produttore potrebbe richiedere l’utilizzo di divisori su misu-
ra da richiedere al costruttore.

Il ripiano più alto ha la temperatura più elevata che cala
man mano che ci si avvicina verso la vasca.
