Installation
2.1. CHECKING THE APPLIANCE

After you have unpackaged the appliance, check it’s
integrity and the absence of damage resulting from
transport.
Do not install the appliance if you notice damage
or anomalies but immediately inform the courier
about it.
A damaged appliance cannot be returned to the
manufacturer without prior notice and written
authorisation.
2.2. TRANSPORTING THE APPLIANCE TO THE
INSTALLATION ROOM
The appliance must be transported and handled
only:

by operators in full physical and mental capacity
and
provided with PPE
(personal protection
equipment, e.g. gloves and accident-prevention
shoes) in compliance with the accident-prevention
regulations and laws in force;
using suitable handling systems
based on the
weight and overall dimensions of the appliance.
Pay attention to balance the weight if you use lifting
systems, such as forklift trucks or pallet jacks.

tion to the inclination of the appliance when
moving it.
The manufacturer will not be held responsible
for inconvenience resulting from transport car-
ried out under conditions other than those
specified above.
The equipment cannot be stacked during trans-
port or storage, regardless of the model.

2.1. CONTROLLO APPARECCHIATURA

Dopo il disimballo verificare l’integrità dell’apparec-
chiatura e l’assenza di danni dovuti al trasporto.
Se si notano danni o anomalie non procedere
nell’installazione ma segnalare tempestivamente il
fatto al vettore.
In nessun caso alcun apparecchio danneggiato
potrà essere reso al costruttore senza preavviso
e senza averne ottenuta preventiva autorizza-
zione scritta.
2.2. TRASPORTO VERSO IL LOCALE DI
INSTALLAZIONE
Il trasporto e la movimentazione dell’apparec-
chiatura devono avvenire esclusivamente:

nel pieno delle proprie capacità fisiche e mentali e
muniti di DPI
(dispositivi di protezione personale,
es. guanti e scarpe antinfortunistiche) nel completo
rispetto delle norme di legge antinfortunistiche e
delle vigenti normative;
con mezzi idonei alla movimentazione
adeguati
al peso e all’ingombro dell’apparecchiatura. Se si
usano sistemi di sollevamento (es. carrelli a forche
o transpallet) fare particolare cura al bilanciamento
del peso.
3 mantenendo la posizione verticale
, per evitare
l’immissione in circolo dell’olio contenuto nel com-
pressore che comporterebbe la rottura delle valvo-
le e problemi di avviamento del motore elettrico);
SE PER QUALSIASI MOTIVO QUESTA OPERAZIONE

attendere 24 ore dopo il
posizionamento
dell’apparecchiatura prima di
metterla in funzione.
Se sono presenti dislivelli o gradini, anche di pic-
cola dimensione, non sforzare il superamento, ma
sollevare il macchinario onde evitare di deformare o
rompere sia le ruote che il telaio, se presente.
Il baricentro non coincide con il centro geome-
trico dell’apparecchiatura, pertanto fare atten-
zione all’inclinazione durante gli spostamenti.
Il fabbricante si esime da qualsiasi responsabili-
tà per inconvenienti dovuti al trasporto effet-
tuato in condizioni diverse da quelle specificate
in precedenza.
Le apparecchiature, di qualsiasi modello, NON
sono impilabili, ne durante il trasporto ne du-
rante lo stoccaggio.
