Electrical connections

The compressor is delivered equipped with an
electrical cable and a 4 pin plug 32A (Fig. 42).

1 For the electrical connection, the plug simply

has to be connected to a mains power
supply socket.

WARNING

Before fitting the plug, make sure that the
installation has been set up in accordance with
the regulations in force in the country where the
compressor has been installed.

2 Also check that the details on the machine

rating plate are compatible with the mains
power supply, especially the nominal current
and input voltage.

3 The mains power supply should be provided with an effective grounding system. It is particularly

important to check that the earth resistance value complies with the protection and operating
requirements of the electrical installation of the compressor.

WARNING

An effective machine earthing system is of fundamental importance for safety purposes.
