11a) Figure 26-1. Slide the tarp (6) and bumpers (4)
on to the cross arm (3).
11b) Figure 26-2. Place the taper shim collar (7) on both
ends of the cross arm (3). Make sure thin edge is
towards the end of the cross arm.
11c) Place the cross arm (3) into both 90 degree castings.

Slide the taper shim into the 90 degree casting so
there is a tight fit between the shim and the casting.
Make sure the shim goes past the 3/8" hole in
the casting.
11e) Drill 3/8" hole through the cross arm (3) using the
hole in the casting as a guide. Do this to both sides.
11f) Figure 26-3. Use the lager binding screws (1)
and barrels (2) to secure the cross arm (3) to the
castings. Use lock tight on the screws.
11g)
Use the #14 screws (5) to secure the bumpers (4)
to the cross arm (3).
