Switch on the line compensation
The line compensation corrects the deviation of the measured bat-
tery voltage resulting from the voltage drop across the battery
cable.
Notice

The unit is supplied with line compensation switched off.
n
The battery voltage sensor cable must be connected in order to
use line compensation.
n
An
Error event message is displayed if the battery voltage
sensor cable is not connected when the line compensation is
switched on.
1. Press
ESC
. The
Battery settings
menu appears.
2. Press
sr to select Line compensation (Fig. left).
3. Press SET. The
Line compensation
dialog appears (Fig. left).
4. Press
sr to select On .
5. Press
SET
. The line compensation is switched on.
Finish initial commissioning
u
Press
ESC
for 1 s. The basic setting of the status display
appears and initial commissioning is finished.
Notice
You can usually now use the controller without making any further
settings.
