Connecting Power Cords

Connect the cables provided to the power sockets (indicated in blue).

3.9.3

Power On Procedure

Before powering on the RAID system, activate the expansion JBOD storage systems
if the network configuration contains multiple arrays.
To power on the system, follow the procedures below.

1.

Turn every PSU power switch to the “on” position (from left to right).

2.

Power on the networking devices (e.g., switches). 

3.

Power on the host computers. The host computers should be the last devices 
turned on. Please refer to the documentation provided with the host computers 
to understand the power on procedures.

 

Note!

Ensure all power supply module switches are turned on!
