Other possible causes:

The batteries are discharged or the connections are not efficient (charge the batteries or clean the connections).

1. 

The batteries are broken (check the battery no-load voltage).

2. 

NOTE

A damage to the battery charger or its connections can prevent the machine from operating properly.

The battery charger is broken (replace).

3. 

There is an open in the fuses (replace).

4.
