BRUSH MOTOR DISASSEMBLY/ASSEMBLY

Disassembly

Remove the brush/pad-holder deck (see the procedure in the relevant paragraph).

1.

At the workbench, remove the screw (A) from the reduction unit which has to be disassembled.

2.

Remove the hub assembly (B) with a puller.

3.

Remove the screws (C).

4.

Remove the reduction unit (D).

5.

Recover the key (E).

6.

Assembly

Assemble the components in the reverse order of disassembly.

7.

NOTE
